Description of Project
Revegetation, regeneration, streetscape and softscape works as part of a 108 lot subdivision including:
- The revegetation of 2.5ha Environmental Reserve
- 4 x Bioretention Basins (mulched, netted and planted)
- Supply and install 350 x Street Trees
- Supply and install 18,320 x tubestock and 156 sedges
- 36 month maintenance period on all Revegetation Works and 9ha Environmental Reserve
- Provision of annual monitoring reports to document progress and site condition against set performance criteria.
Outcomes
- Completed on time and under budget
- No delays were created by Palmwoods Revegetation
- All work completed by suitably qualified and trained staff
- All plants and tubestock are inspected for quality prior to purchasing and/or planting
- Tasks were planned and co-ordinated to suit climatic conditions ie revegetation planting was conducted during rain periods rather than during hot and dry conditions
